Placing an order is simple! Browse our products on the Tendsy website, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through Razorpay.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 7 days from the date of order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons. All sales are final. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or offering store credit. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number when you contact us.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the Shiprocket website.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Tendsy ships only within India. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!
